What first inspired you to open Haute Cuisine Catering? How long have you been in business?

My passion with food inspired me to start my catering business.I have been in food industry since 2007.

​How would you describe the style of food you offer on your catering menus?

We offer a wide variety of menus. We do Mediterranean, Asian & European food. We can mix & match different kinds of cuisines depending on our clients preferences.

What ​are a few of your personal favorite menu items you offer and why?

I very much like our eggplant delight, whole roasted sturgeon & barbecue party Haute Cuisine style. I always wanted my clients to try it because these are really a must try.

You also offer personal chef services. Why do you think someone should choose you for their personal chef needs?

At this point, Haute Cuisine cannot accommodate special arrangement for Chef service. We instead offer them our food pickup & delivery services.
