The studio offers classes in Sculpt, Cycle and Yoga. These complement each other and provide all the benefits of cross training under one roof. The Sculpt class is an intensified makeover of a traditional reformer Pilates routine, with added strength training and music to keep the energy going for 40 minutes. The cycling classes are also 40 minutes and perfect for cardio junkies.
The 50-minute combination Sculpt and Cycle class gives you the best of both worlds. All classes are tailored for beginners and advanced students, though it's best to begin with the Sculpt or Cycle classes before going for the combination.
Some locations also offer yoga classes. The physical benefits include toning and lengthening muscles, improved flexibility and balance, and greater strength. The mental and emotional benefits of yoga bring the entire body into harmony.
The BodyROK app gives students access to their member profiles, updated schedules for all Bodyrok Locations, class signups, instructor biographies, and package purchase options. It even sends notifications about class scheduling.
